We were lucky as new people in David, Panama to find Gloria.  She has always been there with excellent customer service.  After a recent accident, she was on the scene with me within 15 minutes to help me any way she could. Pedro and Gloria Detresno have been my insurance agents for almost 10 years.   Auto accidents here can be a nightmare of paperwork, but they make it a breeze, including picking me up at the repair shop and taking me to rent a car, ensuring I got the best rental car rate, negotiating between different repair shops, and returning my rental car and taking me to get my own.   At Hospital Chiriqui, I breezed through the insurance process because Gloria advised me exactly what to bring and came with me to the appointment....another person there doing this alone, and was turned away to bring more paperwork.  I was so grateful to have Gloria by my side.   She found my health insurance after age 70 (which was amazing) and made sure all the proper inspections were done for my homeowners insurance.  I cannot say enough about their personal customer service (who else would deliver my policy to my house on a Sunday?).  It's like they are my family.
